الدار البيضاء23-7-2006 في إطار الجهود المبذولة من طرف صاحب الجلالة الملك محمد السادس من أجل التوصل إلى حل للأزمة اللبنانية، بعث جلالة الملك رسائل إلى قادة الدول الخمس الدائمة العضوية بمجلس الأمن وإلى رئاسة الاتحاد الأوروبي والفاتيكان وكذا إلى الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة. وهكذا ، بعث جلالة الملك برسائل إلى الرئيس الفرنسي جاك شيراك، والأمريكي جورج والكر بوش ، والروسي فلاديمير بوتين، والصيني هو جنتاو ورئيس الحكومة البريطانية توني بلير والوزير الأول لفنلندا ماتي فانهانن ، الرئيس الحالي للمجلس الأوروبي وكذا إلى البابا بنيديكت السادس عشر . كما بعث جلالة الملك رسالة إلى الأمين العام للأمم المتحدة، كوفي عنان، تتعلق بنفس الموضوع

الحمد لله والصلاة والسلام على رسول الله محمد صلى الله عليه وسلم .
وبعد:أنا شاب من أيتام قدماء القاومين الذين ضحوا
بالغال والنفيس من أجل هذا البلد الأمين متشبتين بالعرش العلوي المجيد . أولا أسرتي تتكون من 17 إخوة
وأمي وزوجة والدي رحمة الله عليه .نمتلك عقارا أخذوه منا بعض المتسلطين ظلما وعدوانا .22سنة ونحن نطالب بالعدالة ولكن دون جدوى .أولا كنا ندعي مع الخصم الأول
مدة 10 سنوات فلما قضت المحكمة لصالحنا التجأ هذا الأخير إلى بيع العقار لشخص آخر ذو مال وجاه بعدها إلتجأنا للقانون كما فعلنا مع الطرف الأول
مرة أخرى بعض السنوات حتى تقول العدالة الإجتماعية كلمتها في المجلس الأعلى بالرباط وبالفعل تحقق ذالك
ولما خسر المدعى عليه القضية استسلم وإذا بنا نجد زوجة
المدعى عليه الأول تستغل الأرض وتقول أنها ورثها عن أبيها
ونعود إلى دائرة الأمد البعيد لم يبقى لنا ولو فلسا واحدا
ولكن أخذنا من بطوننا ودفعنا للقانون حتى حكمة العدالة على زوجة الطرف الأول بشهرين حبسا توقيف التنفيذ والحق المدني وهذه الأخيرة يساندها شخص يدعي أنه اشترى منها هكتارا وهي والله أرضنا أعطته هكتارا
كي يساندها.ولكن الله أكبر
بعدها باعت هذه الأرض لشخص صاحب سلطة
وكل هؤلاء لايمتلكون سوى عقود عرفية.فلما توفي والدي ذهبنا(الورثة)الى أرضنا إذ بنا نفاجأ بالضرب من قبل أبناء الشخص الذي استولى على الهكتار الواحد إثنان من إخوتي نتقلتهم سيارة الإسعاف على الفور
وحضر رجال الدرك الملكي على الفور لعين المكان
حضرنا مركز الدرك الملكي كل واحد منا صرح بأقوله
والغريب في الأمر أن الضابطة القضائية قدمونا الى وكيل الملك يوم الأحد كانت هنالك نائبة الوكيل
رغم الضرب والجرح الذي تعرضنا له قاموا بسجن أحد إخوتي مع إثنان من أبناء الذين اعتدوا علينا
اتهمونا بالحيازة رغم أنها أرضنا وجميع الأحكام لصالحنا
وأخيرا حكمة المحكمة ببرائتنا وأطلقوا سراح أخي
والسراح المؤقت للأطراف الذين اعتدوا علينا بالضرب
ومآخذة الكولونيل أنه غاصب .ولما عدنا إلى أرضنا
وجدنا الغاصب ابتنى مسكنا في أرضناووضعه تحت الحراسة

لقد افتقدنا ملكنا الراحل الحسن الثاني رضوان الله عليه
اللهم أدخله فسيح جناتك
أشدك بالله ياصاحب الجلالة وملكنا الحبيب أنت ملك الفقراء لقد أدخلت البهجة على الشعب المغربي وكلنا نحبك حبا جما
